I think you could be a great thinspiration with your way from 160 to 78 and to a cw of 90. I really hope you do not mind me asking - but do you have a progress blog? Thank you so much! <3 Well this is my progress blog haha, I know it doesn’t say much, but it’s helped me alot. Just eat right, and try weight training, or pilates, or even dancing is a great way! Make sure you have alot of protein in your diet because that’s what helps burn fat. Just remember that you’re beautiful in every way, and all your work will pay off! 106 pounds is actually a perfect weight for any height. Just focus on being healthy the most though <3 best of luck to you!
