Unless you are 8 yr old, that is a very unhealthy weight. Honestly, 106 lbs is probably an unhealthy weight for you- you have to be very, very short in height in order to be healthy at 106 lbs. Start packing on the muscle to get fit- it'll add lbs but you'll look better and be healthier. But you'll have to eat more for it to be healthy. That’s actually very true. 106 is a healthy weight for shorter girls. As long as the person is eating right and staying healthy, weight will work itself out. Muscle actually does make a person look better, so I totally agree with you! |
