I really hope you publish that. I know that you too are personally under 100 lbs (but you're under 5', which probably means that's healthy for you.) But building muscle is one of the best ways to get healthy, and you won't stay under 100 lbs by doing that. You'll look leaner and better, but you will gain weight. And you have to eat more (healthy things of course, good proteins and fruits) to be able to gain that muscle healthily.

Haha I am actually! I’ve gotten a personal trainer to help me build my muscle up, but it’s also helping me gain weight too, but in muscle. But I’m also eating like a half a jar a peanutbutter a day lmao, and so so so much other stuff too. When you work out, you have to eat more, and it naturally comes because it makes you hungry more. I know I’ll go over 100 pounds, but it’s true that it will all be in muscle, and will actually help  me look leaner. Thank you so much for the support and advice though! Staying healthy should be everyones #1 goal!
